About Learning Pathway Learner Notifications
Learn how various notifications are sent to learners at different times throughout onboarding and enrolment stages of a Learning Pathway
Notifications can be sent to learners via multiple different communication methods depending on what has been set in their Learner App / Learner Web.
- Push (sent to mobile phone)
- Browser (sent to Learner Web browser)*
✅ Notification emails received by a learner, will vary slightly depending if your organisation has been enabled for Learner Web or not

The following table shows the possible notification reasons and the associated notification for all situations relating to Learning Pathway Enrolments. Any special conditions are also listed for reference.
