About Learning Pathway Learner Notifications

Learn how various notifications are sent to learners at different times throughout onboarding and enrolment stages of a Learning Pathway

Notifications can be sent to learners via multiple different communication methods depending on what has been set in their Learner App / Learner Web.

  • Email
  • Push (sent to mobile phone)
  • Browser (sent to Learner Web browser)*

✅ Notification emails received by a learner, will vary slightly depending if your organisation has been enabled for Learner Web or not
