Subject: Invitation to Participate in a Dementia Care Training Trial

Dear [Name],

We're pleased to introduce a new dementia care training program. This program includes trialling a mobile phone app that gives short training bursts lasting 3 to 5 minutes each. This easy and convenient way of learning keep us up-to-date with the latest methods in dementia care.

Here are the main things you need to know.

  1. Joining the trial: We invite everyone to join the trial. By participating, you can learn more about dementia and help us evaluate this new learning method. If you're interested, please continue reading.
  2. Learning in short bursts: You can join the training using your phone or a work computer /shared kiosk.
    1. Smart Phone outlineIf you want to use your own phone for learning, we suggest connecting to work Wi-Fi during the trial. This way, you won't have any data charges. Just make sure your phone is less than four years old.
    2. Laptop outlineIf you don't want to use your own phone, you can do the training on a work computer kiosk or IPAD instead.
  3. Your Permission: For this trial, we need to share your email with the trial organisers. Don't worry; your email is only used to access the app, and your privacy is fully protected. If you're interested in the trial but worried about sharing your email, please email us your concerns.

This trial is a great chance for professional growth and to improve our dementia care. We'll share more details in the coming weeks. If you're interested, please read the displayed posters and emails over the coming weeks.
