Main Tasks for a Forget Me Not® Enterprise Trial using Learner App / Web

Learn about the main tasks required to make a Forget Me Not® Trial successful in your enterprise organisation

Before Forget Me Not® is rolled out to participants in your organisation, it’s important to perform some tasks to ensure things run smoothly. These tasks can be self managed by you and can also be done with the assistance with the Forget Me Not® team where noted.

Forget Me Not® with Learner App / Learner Web

This is a trial where participants will use a mobile phone or computer/tablet to access Forget Me Not®.

1️⃣ Trial Prerequisites

You will need to ensure all trial prerequisites are ticked off:

2️⃣ Pre-Launch Technical Checks The Forget Me Not® team will work with champions or selected participants to:
  • Check for successful email communications (if using work emails)
  • Check for successful installation of Learner App on work managed devices
  • Check for successful operation of Learner App
  • Check for successful operation of Learner Web
3️⃣

Pre-Launch Participants Data Request  

The Forget Me Not® team will request participant data such as name, email and group allocations to be provided in the supplied excel file prior to the trial launch
4️⃣ Pre-Launch Participants Notifications You should communicate with participants about the trial and what to expect (refer to Collateral for Forget Me Not® Enterprise Trials)
5️⃣ Active Trial Notifications You should communicate with participants during the trial to promote awareness and increase engagement (use specific collateral as required)
6️⃣ Post Trial Reporting & Survey
  • The Forget Me Not® team will provide access to reporting during, and at the end of the trial to analyse how participants performed
  • Optional is to send out a participant survey to gauge feedback on the Forget Me Not® modality and content used in the trial
