Why can't I install the Forget Me Not® app on my phone?

If you can’t install the app on your mobile device there can be a number of reasons why.

Not enough storage on your phone to install new apps	delete unwanted files on your phone to free up space add external storage if possible via a external SD card upgrade your phone to something with more storage capacity contact your manager for a solution
Incompatible phone model to meet App requirements	upgrade your phone to meet the App requirements use Learner Web instead on a tablet of computer
Incompatible OS version	upgrade the OS on your mobile device to meet the App requirements If your phone is too old to support a newer OS you might also need to consider upgrading your phone or use Learner Web instead on a tablet of computer
App store account issue	check that you don’t have blocks or issues with your app store provider try installing another app to make sure your account is working The Forget Me Not® app is free and does not require payment and contains no adds, so ensure you are installing the correct app contact your manager for a solution

The app requires a compatible operating system (OS) and a device with enough storage space to allow installation
