About managing Team Manager access

Learn how to setup a user as a Team Manager to give them access to Insights Reports for groups they are the owner of

Team Manager access can be assigned to a user account to provide reporting access for the learners in the groups that they are owners of. This allows them to view and report on their teams Insights.

When the Team Manager logs in they will only have access to Insights menu and will not have access to other console functions. This provides a simple interface for team manager reporting purposes only.

⚠️ Insights reports can take up to 4 hours to update with newly assigned groups which means Team Managers may not see there assigned groups straight away


✅Only account types of User can be set as a Team Manager.

⚠️ For a Team Manager to see any Insights they must be made the owner of 1 or more groups and then given access as a Team Manager
