About Resource Collections

Learn about how Resource Collections are used to share resources with groups or across the whole organisation without an enrolment

Resource Collections is a way to manage the sharing of resources with learners. You can easily share resources across the whole organisation, with specific learner groups, or individual learners, without the need to enrol them in a Question Series.

Some examples of how to use Resource Collections are as follows:

  • Company Policies - share specific company policy resources across the whole organisation
  • Employee Induction - share specific induction resources with new groups of employees
  • Company Goals and Vision - share specific company goals and vision resources across the whole organisation
  • Team Leader Processes - share specific process and procedures with Team Leaders such as start of shift checklists or end of shift checklists

▶️ Select Resources > Collections from the left-hand menu to view the list of resource collections or select Create Collection to add a new one.

Use Search to find a resource collection by name, use the filter or sort the columns to adjust the list results.

✅ Use Filters to filter the resource list by Resource Type, Part of a Collection, Last Updated date or choose to show archived resources

⚠️ Sharing Resource Collections Org Wide will allow account types of User and Admins to view the content. Learners of type Guest will not get access unless explicitly added to the shared list
