      Do you need help?

      If you are having trouble signing in, our have an issue with our Learner App or Learner Web then we are here to help.

      If you are having trouble with Forget Me Not Learner App or Learner Web then you have the following support options:

      1. The first thing to do is contact your Forget Me Not Champion for help. This will be a team leader or manager in your organisation that has been nominated as the Forget Me Not Champion at your site.
      2. If they can't help you then they will contact FMN support and get your issue resolved.


      ✅ If you don't have a Forget Me Not Champion or can't contact them then you can contact FMN Support directly and we will help you resolve your issue.
