Learn how to check you are submitting the latest question when you get 'An Error has occurred'
Are you trying to submit a question and get the following error.
The reason is you may be trying to submit a question that is not the latest.
The best solution is to check that you are trying to submit only the latest question.
- To do this, tap Assistant from the bottom app menus.
- Scroll to find the series you want to answer questions in and tap this series link to open.
- Wait for the mobile app to scroll you to the available question.
- Then scroll up again to ensure there are no further questions below the last presented questions.
- Read through the question and select your answers and then tap submit.
- The question should be submitted and relevant banter and feedback provided.
