An Error has occurred when submitting questions in the mobile app

Are you trying to submit a question and get the following error.

The reason is you may be trying to submit a question that is not the latest.

The best solution is to check that you are trying to submit only the latest question.

  1. To do this, tap Assistant from the bottom app menus.
  2. Scroll to find the series you want to answer questions in and tap this series link to open.
  3. Wait for the mobile app to scroll you to the available question.
  4. Then scroll up again to ensure there are no further questions below the last presented questions.
  5. Read through the question and select your answers and then tap submit.
  6. The question should be submitted and relevant banter and feedback provided.
