How to give admin access to the console
Some users may be required to get admin access to the Management Console in order to perform enrolments or view insights.
Making an existing user an admin will allow them to login to the Management Console and administer the system. This can be Inviting users, enrolling users in series and viewing Insight Reports.
⚠️Only 'org user' can be given Admin access. Guest users cannot be made an admin. The account type must be update to User before they can be made into an admin.
- Go to Users & Groups.
- Select Users.
- Use Search and/or Filters to find the required user.
- Select Make Admin from the 3-dot item menu.
- Read the warning message, then select Make Admin.
- The selected user is listed with the Account Type of Admin.
- The selected user will receive the granted administrator access email which provides console login details.
⚠️ If you don't have access to the the User Menu, contact our support team to request a user be added to the Management Console. Ensure you provide first name, last name and email address
