How can I rate support articles?

Let us know what was or wasn’t helpful about a support article and we can make improvements based on your suggestions

You can simply rate our article quality by letting us know your thoughts using Yes / No buttons at the bottom of each article.

This feedback is great however we don't always know what the problem is so for pages that get a few unhelpful ratings, we will add in a feedback form at the bottom of the article, so next time you visit the page you can provide more details which would help us improve our articles.

1. Simple fill out your suggestion for article feedback
2. Then select submit - we will take a look at your feedback straight away
