How to reset a password from the console login page

The account password is linked to an email address and can be reset straight from the console login page.

▶️ Access the Management Console then select Forgot Password to access the self-service portal.

Enter your email address and select Reset, then OK the confirmation. Open the password reset email and use the link to open the self-service portal. Enter a new password for the email address shown and select Save to continue. You can now login to the console with your new password.

⚠️ If you have entered an email address that is not registered for Forget Me Not then you will be advised "There is no registered user with that email address". Contact your organisation's system administrator to organise access.

⛔ Your console account password is also used to access content using the FMN mobile app so this password will also be changed with this process
