How can I update a learners name on their certificates?

Learn how you can easily update the learners name and resend them certificates

Sometimes a learner my advise that their name needs changing on a certificate they have already been issued.

This is an easy thing to do and requires the following steps:

  1. Edit the learner's name from the Users List.
  2. Resend the learner certificates for each series they have previously mastered.
