How does Forget Me Not work?

Learn how Forget Me Not makes learning a daily priority with only a few minutes a day required

Forget Me Not chat works on three key principles:

  • Little and often
  • Taking a break is critical to encode knowledge
  • Questions are more important than answers

Using these principles, once enrolled in a Question Series, you will be prompted to answer a small number of questions each day for a few minutes at a time, on the days you select, until you complete the all questions in the series.

You can access Forget Me Not questions on via our Learner App or Learner Web. Sounds like a great idea, try the Quick steps to get started.

The key principles at work

If questions are answered correctly then eventually you will have mastered the Question Series once all questions have been completed.

Questions are asked in a number of different ways to ensure you completely understand the concepts and have encoded the knowledge.

You get recognised when doing well, nudged if you fall behind and get regular progress updates.

Incorrect answers are provided with feedback to assist with understanding of the question and are presented at a later date to check in on your learning progress.

What is a Question Series

Question Series is the learning content that is aligned to specific learning objectives and presented in the form of multiple choice questions. You can have many Question Series active at the same time in the app and you can answer questions across all series as you have time.

The Forget Me Not chat app keeps track of the series status from the View Info screen. Once you have completed all questions, you can expand your learning and try other Question Series that you have in your My Learning dashboard.

✅ To use the Forget Me Not Mobile App, you must first be registered with an organisation who is offering Question Series.
If you have been enrolled, why not try the quick steps to get started.

If you believe you should be registered, please speak with your Manager or person in charge of your training program within your organisation.
