How to enrol learners in a Series using email invite method

Enrol learners and then let the Forget Me Not® system manage all of the communications using email invite method

The default Series enrolment invite method for enrolments is Send Invite via email. This is designed to let the Forget Me Not® system handle all of the communications to the learner.

The following table shows what emails are sent, when and for new and existing learners.

  • Existing Learner - You have a new learning series [first name]!
Series Enrolment Reminder
(sent 48hrs after the enrolment email only if the learner has not actioned and signed-in)
  • New Learner - Don't forget about your series [First Name]. You're missing out!
  • Existing Learner - (Existing learners are not sent enrolment reminders)
Next Question Waiting Reminder
(sent when questions are available and not been actioned)
  • New / Existing Learner - Your next question is waiting
Series Preview Enrolment
(sent at time of enrolment)
  • New Learner - You've been given access to preview a series [First Name]
  • Existing Learner - You have a new series to preview [First Name]

Series Preview Expiration Reminder
(sent 3 days prior to the preview expiration)
