How to give Team Manager access to Insights Reports

Learn how to give Team Manager access to users that are required view do reporting for their team.

Making an existing user into a Team Manager allows them to login to the Management Console and view Insights Reports specifically for the groups they are owners of.

✅ For Team Manager to view Insights Reports they must be assigned as a group owner for 1 or more groups, then enabled for Team Manager access

To Enable Team Manager Access

  1. Go to Users & Groups.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Use Search and/or Filters to find the required user.
  4. Select Make Team Manager from the 3-dot item menu.
  5. Read the warning message, then select Make Team Manager.
  6. The selected user is listed with the Account Type of Team Manager.
  7. The selected user will receive the granted Team Manager access email which provides console login details.


⚠️ As the Team Manger is also a member of the group, any enrolments using the group will include any team owners and therefore may need to be removed prior to processing the enrolment.
