Learn the different ways you can login to Forget Me Not® Freestanding
Forget Me Not® Freestanding is a special version of Forget Me Not® that runs on a android tablet that provides learners with a shared kiosk interface to answer questions.
If you have a Forget Me Not® Freestanding Kiosk at your location there may be multiple ways you can login and these are determined by your organisation.

Login options
- QR Code
- ID & Pin
QR Code
QR Code login uses a unique QR Code that is generated by the Forget Me Not® system for each learner account. When presented to the camera on the Forget Me Not® Freestanding Kiosk, the system will look up the account and login the user when an account matches the code.
QR Codes can be presented in any of the following ways:
- Printed and laminated and then attached to an existing ID lanlard
- Stored on a mobile device as a image and displayed when required
ID & Pin
ID & Pin uses a unique ID and pin code combination that is generated by the Forget Me Not® system for each learner account. When entered into the Forget Me Not® Freestanding Kiosk, the system will look up the account and login the user when an account matches.
⚠️ ID and Pin are different to using an email and password used with Learner App and Learner Web
