      How to login to Freestanding using a QR Code

      Learn how easy it is to login to Forget Me Not® Freestanding with a QR Code

      One of the ways you can login to Forget Me Not® Freestanding is to use a QR Code. This allows fast access to login without the need to enter any details which is perfect for the Freestanding experience.

      ⚠️ In order to login with QR Code you must have been provided with either a printed QR Code or an image that you can save onto your mobile phone. Please contact FMN Support if you don't have a QR Code

      Steps to login with a QR Code

      1. When in front of the Forget Me Not® Freestanding Kiosk ensure you can see the login options screen.
      2. Tap the Scan QR Code to activate the camera on the device.
      3. Take your QR Code (printed or image on your phone) and place in front of the device camera facing towards the device, until you see it appear in the camera viewport. Refer to QR Code Scanning tips if you have trouble getting it to scan or learn what to do if you have lost your QR Code or it's damaged.
      4. Once the system matches the QR Code against your account you will be logged in and will see the Today's Questions screen.
