How to publish a draft Question Set

Publishing a draft Question Set ensures that all information is correct before creating a Series

This article is required to help authors publish a draft Question Set using the following process.

  • Review the Question Set Details & Objectives
  • Review the details of each Question
  • Publish the Question Set

Review the Question Set Details & Objectives

  1. Go to the Question Studio.
  2. Select a draft Question Set from the list.
  3. Review the Set Details & Objectives to ensure the ✔️indicator is shown.

⚠️ If the 🔴 indicator is shown then required information is missing. Select Edit and ensure all fields are completed.

Review the details of each Question

  1. Expand the Question # to see all sub-parts.
  2. Review all sub-parts to ensure the ✔️indicator is shown for:
    1. Overview
    2. Stem
    3. Answers
    4. Correct Feedback
    5. Incorrect Feedback

⚠️ If the 🔴 indicator is shown then required information is missing. Select Edit and ensure all fields are completed.

Publish the Question Set

  1. Confirm all ✔️ indicator are shown for Question Set Details & Objectives and Question Details.
  2. Select Save Question Set.
  3. Select Edit to switch to Edit Mode.
  4. Select Publish Set.
  5. The Question Set status is updated to published.
  6. Return to the Question Studio to show the published Question Set.

 

✅ Once a Question Set is Published it will be listed in the create new series list
