How to remove a learning resource from a Question Set

Learn how to remove learning resources from a Question Set which is required when the resource is no longer needed

A question set created with the Question Builder can have learning resources removed from the following question parts:

  • Question Prompt
  • Correct Feedback
  • Incorrect Feedback

✅If the resource information is out of date, consider updating the resource instead of removing it.

⚠️If the question set is not listed in the Question Studio. Please contact FMN Support for assistance with removing learning resources

Removing Resources

  1. Go to Question Studio.
  2. Select the required Question Set from the list.
  3. Select Edit to allow changes to the draft.
  4. Select a Question # from the left-hand navigator.
  5. Scroll to the desired question part, and find the Learning Resources block.
  6. Mouse over the desired resource and then rubbish bin icon 🗑️ appears.
  7. Select the rubbish bin icon 🗑️ to remove the resource.
  8. The resource is removed from the list.
  9. Select Save Question Set to keep the changes.
  10. Publish the Question Set to have the changes visible in any linked Series.

 

⚠️ Resources must be removed one at a time as there is no bulk remove option
