How to remove Team Manager access to Insights Reports

Learn how to remove Team Manager access.

Removing access for a Team Manager means they can no longer login to the Management Console and view Insights Reports for any groups they are the owner of.

⚠️ If Team Manager access is removed, the user is not automatically removed from group ownerships. Group Ownership may also need to be removed if required.

  1. Go to Users & Groups.
  2. Select Users.
  3. Use Search and/or Filters to find the required user.
  4. Select Remove Team Manager from the 3-dot item menu.
  5. Read the warning message, then select Remove Access.
  6. The selected user is listed with the Account Type of User.


⚠️ The user does not receive any notification if Team Manager access is removed
