How to resend a series certificate email to learners

Learn how to resend a series certificate email to learners when they request it

Learners may ask for the series mastery certificate to be re-sent because they may have deleted the email. This can be done directly in the Management Console by finding the enrolment in the series.

▶️ Go to Series LIbrary and select a series, then go to Series Enrolments and search for a specific learner. Select the learner enrolment and then choose Resend Certificate

The learner will be re-sent the Series Mastery Email which contains the Certificate and Transcript in PDF format.

✅ Learners can also access certificates from the Learner App and both certificates and transcripts from Learner Web
