How to set a Group Owner

Learn how setting a group owner can allow access for Team Managers to view Insights Reports for that group

When a member of a group is set as the group owner they are then able to become a Team Manager and view Insights Reports for all enrolments relating to the members of the group.

Steps to Set a Group Owner

  1. Go to Users & Groups.
  2. Select Groups.
  3. Use Search and/or Filters to find the required group.
  4. Select the group to view the members.
  5. Use Search and/or Filters to find the required user or add to group if not already a member.
  6. Select Make a Group Owner from the 3-dot item menu.
  7. Accept the confirmation to continue.
  8. The selected user is listed with the Group Role of Owner.

✅ More than 1 user can be set as the Group Owner if required

⚠️Guest accounts cannot be set as a Group Owner
