How to update a Series

Learn how to update a Series created using the console, by changing the title and subtitle, introduction, objectives, delivery mode parameters or applying a new cover image

✅ If you need to make changes to the questions, then you'll need to head over to the Question Studio and make the changes from there.

Updates to a Series created with the management console can be applied to the following parts:

  • Title1
  • Subtitle
  • Reporting title2
  • Introduction
  • Series Objectives
  • Delivery Model Parameters
    • Questions Per Day
  • Cover Image
⚠️ Series Mastery Level and Duration can't be changed for a Series. If these values need to be change then a new Series will need to be created or contact support for more options.
✅ Note1: Changes to the series title will be reflected on series mastery certificates and for any current or mastered enrolment in the Learner App or Learner Web
✅ Note2: Changes to the series reporting title will show as separate entries in the series list when viewing Insights Reports

Edit a Series

  1. Go to Series Library
  2. Select a Series from the list.
  3. Select Edit Series.
  4. Edit 1 or more of the possible fields (as required).
  5. Select Replace File to update the cover image (as required).
  6. Select Update Series to save the change or select Cancel to lose all changes.

✅ Any changes made to the series will be pushed out immediately to all current enrolments and will be used for all future enrolments in that series. Learners will see the updated title, introduction, the updated cover image, and they will also get the changes to questions per day on their next attempt
