Learn how to withdraw learners from a learning pathway

When a learner is enrolled in a Learning Pathway there may be a number of reasons why the enrolment needs to be cancelled.

  • Enrolment no longer required - e.g. the user maybe on leave and cannot complete the enrolment in the timeframe
  • User Deactivated - e.g. the user has left the organisation and all enrolments need to be cancelled
  • User does not want to complete the enrolment - e.g. the user may want to start the enrolment again from the beginning or is just not able to continue for some reason
  • Enrolment Error - e.g. the enrolment was created in error and needs to be cancelled

✅ Learner will still get access to any Learning Resources in any of the series even if they are withdrawn from the Learning Pathway.

 

Steps to withdraw a single user from a pathway enrolment

  1. Go to the Pathways List and open the relevant Learning Pathway.
  2. Go to In Progress List and find the enrolment record for the user by applying filters or search criteria.
  3. Select the enrolment in the list to open the Pathway Progression Details.
  4. Then select Withdraw.
  5. Choose the appropriate withdrawal reason from the drop down list and then complete the withdrawal.
  6. The enrolment record will now indicate Withdrawn status and the pathway enrolment will be cancelled for the user. Any active pathway series will be removed from Learner App and Learner Web.

✅Once the withdrawals have been processed the learner(s) will appear under Past Enrolments with a status of Withdrawn
