How do I 'Master' a Question Series?

A Question Series is classified as ‘Mastered’ once all questions have been answered correctly for the specified number of times the question is presented

The number of times a question is presented is based on the mastery level as defined in the Question Series. Once a Question Series is mastered, you will receive a Certificate of Mastery by email.

✅ The mastery level can be specified as 1, 2, 3, 4 etc and depends on the level of competency required by the Campaign Manager within your organisation.

Each Question Series can have a different mastery level depending on the audience so check with your Campaign Manager if you have questions about the mastery level for a particular Question Series.
