      Learner App Certificates

      Learn about how to download your certificates for mastered series from the Learner App

      When using the Leaner App you can download mastery certificates from all of your previously mastered series.

      ▶️ Go to My Learning and under the Mastered heading, tap on a Series, and then tap 🛈 Info (top right corner) to see Series Overview.

      Then tap Download Certificate to save the file to your device.

      ⚠️ In Learner App, only the Mastery Certificate can be downloaded. If you require the full transcript then you will need to download using Learner Web or ask you manager to send you via email
