What does the Learner Enrolment (summary) Status indicate

A learner has been enrolled in a Series however they have not yet started.

This could be for a number of detailed reasons such as;

• A new learner has Not Signed In
• An existing learner has Not seen any Questions

The learner has been enrolled and has open the Series.

For an In Progress learner the following details are useful:

• Started shows the date the learner opened the Series
• No Questions Attempted shows that the learner has not attempted the 1st question
• Progress shows the learner's percentage of correct attempts from the total number of possible correct attempts
• Last Active shows when the learner was last in the app and attempting questions.

Note: While the learner is enrolled and the Series duration is still within the current time period, the learner cannot be re-enrolled in the same Series unless they are first Withdrawn.

The learner has completed the Series by correctly attempting all questions within the specified enrolment duration period.

Note: Once the learner has Mastered the Series they can be re-enrolled in this Series, they can also review the Mastered Series in the App for a limited time after it has expired.

The learner was enrolled in the Series which has now ended and the learner either:

• Never Signed In - a new learner never installed the app and/or never signed in before the enrolment ended
• No questions attempted - a learner opened the Series but no question attempts were made before the enrolment ended
• Incomplete - a learner started but did not complete all question attempts before the Series duration period had expired

Note: Once the enrolment has ended, the learner can now be re-enrolled in this Series to try again
