      Learner Web Communication Settings

      Learn how to check your notification options, and set your preferred dates and times to get question reminders

      Once you've signed in to Learner Web you can easily check your communication settings including notification options, days and time to receive question reminders.

      ▶️ Go to the user profile name (top-right), then select Settings > Communication.

      Set your notification options for email, push or browser. Adjust the days and time you want to receive question reminders.

      ⚠️ For Forget Me Not to work effectively a minimum of 5 days must be enabled to receive question reminders

      ✅ When browser notifications are enabled, you will need to allow this in the browser settings popup window.
