      Learner Web My Account

      Learn how to check your account details such as name, email address and update your password

      Once you've signed in to signed in to Learner Web you can easily check your account details including first name, last name and email address. You can also update your password if required.

      ▶️ Go to the user profile name, then select Settings > My Account.

      Update the password as required by providing the current password and a new password.

      ⚠️ Changing your password for Learner Web will also change it for the Mobile App and also the Management Console if you also have an administrator account.
