Log in to Learner App with a social account

Learn how to login to the Learner App using a social account

▶️ Open the Learner app and at the log in to continue screen, tap Login with [social account]

Select the displayed account. Accounts listed are based on the accounts available on your device based on accounts sign in.

For example:

on an Android device, the Google account used on the phone will be displayed
on an Apple device, the Apple ID account and Google account used on the phone will be displayed

If the displayed account is not the same as your registered email then select Add another account and enter the details of this account.

⚠️ If another account is selected it will require sign in to this account on your device

✅ If you don't see options for social login then you might need to update to the latest app v2.2.2

To signed in with your Google account you are required to tap through a few extra steps as follows:

Select your Google account or choose an account to sign in with.
If the account is already signed in on the device, you will be logged in to Forget Me Not®.
If the account is not signed in on the device, you will be asked to log in before access to Forget Me Not® is provided.

To signed in with your Apple ID you are required to tap through a few extra steps as follows:

Read through the details and then select Continue to use your apple account.
Select Continue with Passcode to create an account for Forget Me Not® login with your apple ID.
The passcode is now setup and will be used to log you in to Forget Me Not®
