Learn how to provide your registered email to request a magic log in link
If you are having trouble logging in to the Learner App and have selected the Send Magic Log in Link option then you will need to enter your registered email address and tap Send Magic Link.
If your email matches a registered account, you will be sent a magic link email. Tap Open Email App if you have your email on your device. Then tap Log in with a Magic Log in Link to open the Learner App.
⚠️ Magic Log in Links only work if selecting the link on the device where the Learner App is installed. If you can't access your email on your device, consider copying the magic link and transferring it to your device via another app to allow the link to open Forget Me Not
✅ Magic Log in Links don't last forever and will timeout after a few hours so make sure you use it straight away
