Send Password Reset Link from Learner App
Learn how to provide your registered email to request a password link from the Learner App
If you are having trouble logging in to the Learner App and have selected the Send Password Reset Link option then you will need to enter your registered email address and tap Request Password Reset.
If your email matches a registered account, you will be sent a password reset link email. Tap Open Email App if you have your email on your device otherwise open the email as normal and follow the instructions to set a new password.
Then tap Log in with a Password to return to log in with an email.
✅ Passwords should be 8 characters or more
