Admin Series Enrolment Summary Email

Learn how the admin series enrolment summary email provides enrolment details to the admin user after the enrolment is processed

✅ Series enrolment summary emails are only sent to the logged in admin user that processed the enrolment when 2 or more users are enrolled at the same time.


Subject: Your request to enrol users has completed.


Learner Details

  • First Name - First name of the learner that has been enrolled
  • Last Name - Last name of the learner that has been enrolled
  • Email - Email of the learner that has been enrolled
  • Series Title - Title of series enrolled in
  • Due Date - the Due date of the series set at the time of enrolment
  • Message - The message indicates if the enrolment was:
    • User Successfully Enrolled
    • Failed
