A magic link is an easy way to sign in to the mobile App without entering your password.
✅ You will need access to your registered email on your mobile device to use a magic link. If you don’t have email on your mobile device, sign in using a password or contact your manager for assistance.
⚠️ Legacy Mode is being enhanced by Work or Social Login capabilities and will soon be deprecated
▶️ On the Sign-in screen, tap Use a magic link.
Enter your email address then tap Request a magic link.
A magic link will be sent to your email, select the link to launch the app.
Your invite link gets checked and if successful, you get to see a quick tutorial before going straight to your first Question Series.
If you are signing in and it’s not your first time, you will go straight to the My Learning and you can start using the app straight away.
✅ Magic links expire after 6 hours. If you try to use an expired link you’ll be alerted to request a new one. Simply enter your email address when prompted to get a new one.
