Why is the Management Console not responding when I select a menu, button or card

Clicking cards, buttons or menus in Management Console and it's not responding is a simple issue to fix

The Management Console is built with technology that works across more browsers and provides the same experience for all users and this requires the browser window to be fixed at 100% zoom.


▶️ Reset your browser Zoom to 100% to ensure all menu and card objects are clickable (refer to your browsers settings menu for Zoom controls)

✅ Most browsers respond to Ctrl+mouse scroll to adjust zoom - give it a try, if you see the reset zoom option, just select that to bring the zoom level back to 100%
