      What happens if I've lost or damaged the QR Code?

      The QR Code provided to allow login to Forget Me Not® Freestanding is unique to each user and so if it gets lost or damaged, and login is not possible, then you can do the following:

      • Contact a site champion or manager to arrange a replacement
      • Contact FMN Support to arrange a replacement
