What happens if the user's email bounces?
Learn how to fix the issue when user accounts are created and enrolment and invites bounce the user doesn't get notified
The most common cause of a bounced email is when user accounts are created and enrolment invites are sent to the wrong email address. When this happens the user won't receive the organisation invite email containing setup instructions and password and also won't get notified of any enrolments.
To fix this situation the following steps need to be done in the correct order.
- Deactivate the user and withdraw all enrolments
- Invite the user with the correct email
- Enrol the user in the previous Series
