What happens to Freestanding if we change our WiFi network or password
Learn how to get assistance with updating the connected WiFi network details
Forget Me Not® Freestanding comes pre-configured to your WiFi network so everything should work when it's powered on. In the case where the device is showing a connection error it might be due to one of the following situations:
- WiFi Network SSID name may have changed
- WiFi Network password may have changed
- WiFi Network security settings may have changed
In order to fix any of these issues, please contact FMN Support for assistance.
⚠️In order for Forget Me Not® to provide support to you Freestanding Kiosk there must be a competent person available to perform actions on the kiosk device on site upon request.
