Why do I get 'oops we've hit a snag - try again'

Sometimes things don't work as they should and it looks like you've hit a snag after signing in to the app

There are a few things that can cause this issue so try the following options.

Issue Description Possible Cause Remediation
'oops we've hit a snag' after signing in You may have an older version of the FMN App installed
  1. Uninstall the current version.
  2. Install the latest version from the App Store.
  3. Sign in.

  1. Uninstall the FMN App.
  2. shutdown your phone (not restart).
  3. start up your phone.
  4. Install the app.
  5. Sign in.

You are unable to sign out from the app due to the error message

For Android Devices

  1. Open your Android device's Settings menu, and then tap Apps
  2. Locate and tap Forget Me Not.
  3. Tap Storage and then tap Clear cache.
  4. Open the app then sign in using email and password
