What is custom chat banter used for?

The default banter set that is provided has a generic 'voice' and caters for the majority of learners however in some cases, a specific voice may be required to work better with learners.

With custom banter sets your learners may be learning english as a second language and therefore need a more simplified language and may require the use of emojis to provide simple feedback.

You may have a specific language or brand word that you want to use in banter, these can be included in a customer banter set.
