How to fix competency enrolment errors

A competency enrolment error message will appear when an incorrect configuration has been applied to the selected Series

The following error messages can appear when processing competency series enrollments

Competency enrolment type must use topic-based question set in the series

 Competency enrolment type has been selected instead of Standard Change the enrolment type to Standard or Preview


Topic-based question set can only be used with review or competency enrolment type in the series

 Standard enrolment type has been selected instead of Competency  Change the enrolment type to Competency or Preview
