Why is the "Enrolment Failed" error appearing?

Enrolment in a Series is the process of adding new, or selecting existing learners to start a Question Series. If configured parameters are not correct, the enrolment may show the 'Enrolment Failed' error

There can be a number of reasons why the enrolment failed error appears and this depends on the type of enrolment being processed.

  • Sometimes an authentication token timeout can cause this error when a successful enrolment is processed and then the enrolment screen is left open for long periods when the next enrolment is processed. Try to refresh the browser. Alternatively, sign out of the console and log back in.
  • Sometimes a network issue can cause this error. Try to submit and process again and it should clear. Alternatively, sign out of the console and log back in.
  • There could be an issue with the selected banter set, contact support team to investigate
