Push notifications for iPhone need to be enabled manually as they are disabled by default
▶️ From the home screen, tap Settings > Notifications and then tap on Forget Me Not app. Make sure 'Allow Notifications' is turned on.
You'll know the switch is on when it's green!
Set the remaining notification options to suit your situation
⚠️ If you have set OS level notifications and still not getting them, then you should try the following:
- Open the FMN App and ensure Settings > Push Notifications is on
- Set your notifications days and times as required and then tap Save
- Open the phones Settings > Notifications > Forget Me Not and ensure Allow Notifications is on
- Open the FMN App and sign out
- Open the FMN App and then sign in
- This should ensure notifications make it to your phone
