Why are enrolments showing as Pending or Waiting to Start?
An enrolment that has a Pending or Waiting to Start status indicates that the enrolment will start in the future
Enrolments that show the status Pending or Waiting to Start are indicating that the enrolment will start in the future. This is possible in the following situations:
- The enrolment is part of a Learning Pathway and is the next series to be started by the learner. When a Series is mastered in a pathway the next series is released to the learner the next day after mastery and will show in Learner App or Learner Web as soon as the series is mastered.
- The enrolment has a future dated release. This means that the enrolment is set to start on a particular day and time in the future.
✅ The learner will see the Series but will not be able to start until the release date is reached
