Why are Insights Reports not showing recent enrolments?
Learn why Insights Reports are best used for analysing historical data and looking for data trends
▶️ Insight Reports use historical data from the system that is at least 4 hours old and so will not show the most recent enrolments or learner events. Insights are best used for analysing historical data

⚠️Preview enrolments do not appear in Insights as they can never be mastered
If enrolments are done on the same day that you look at the insights, some or all of the data may not be reporting fully.
The following messages can be displayed.
