      Why are YouTube videos not playing?

      All videos are published through YouTube and will automatically open and start playing when selected

      If a video is not working there may be a number of reasons why.

      Possible Issue

      Suggested Resolution

      network connection problems

      • Check you have a connection to the internet either via WiFi or mobile data 

      • If you don’t have access to an internet service, contact your Manager to resolve

      video play connection issue

      • Tap back to close the Question Series, then open again and try playing the video clip again

      organisation blocks YouTube

      • Some organisations may have blocked YouTube, try accessing another YouTube video on your phone to check if that is working otherwise contact your Manager to resolve

      issue with the YouTube service

      • Try and open this demo YouTube video from your mobile device and make sure it plays.

      • If it doesn’t play then the YouTube Service may be down, check with your Manager to resolve
