Why did a learner not receive a Series Mastery certificate when enrolled in a Learning Pathway?

Interleaved Learning Pathways only provide module and pathway completion certificates when all Series are mastered

Interleaved Learning Pathways provide a structured approach to learning and as such, focus on Module Mastery and Pathway completion rather than mastery of an individual Series.

This means that the Series Mastery certificate is not issued on completion of a Series but instead the following certificates are issued:



⚠️ An enrolment in a Series can be part of an Interleaved Learning Pathway or an individual Series and it's not possible to determine this from the console. If you aren't sure what type of enrolment a learner has contact FMN Support for assistance
