Why does my account not have access to the console?

Trying to log in to the FMN console and you get an error saying "Your account does not have access to the console"

This is an error message to indicate that your account does not have the rights to access the console.

Firstly check the email address used is the correct one e.g. work email vs personal email.

If you have been advised by your manager that you have been given access and it's still not working then please ask them to submit a support request from the main support page and provide the following details:

  • Organisation Name
  • Request Title: Promote User to Org-Admin
  • User Full Name
  • User Email address

Once your account has been updated you will be able to gain access to the console.
