Why does my login QR Code not scan?

Learn how to successfully scan your QR Code to gain access to the Forget Me Not® Freestanding Kiosk

Forget Me Not® Freestanding Kiosk uses the front facing camera of the device to scan your QR Code and it requires the code to be visible within the scanning zone marked by the four corner brackets.

Tips on successful scanning

• Hold the QR Code close to the camera and slowly move further away to fit within the scanning zone
• If on a phone, turn up the brightness to full before scanning
• Ensure the QR Code is parallel to the camera and level in all directions
• ensure you don't have fingers or lanyards covering part of the QC Code
