Why don't all my groups show in the Team Manager reports?

Learn why you might not see all groups you are the owner of when viewing reports as a Team Manager

As a Team Manager you can login to the console and view Insights Reports for all the groups you are the owner of.

Sometimes you might check the groups filter and notice that not all of the groups where you are an owner are listed.

The following are reasons why you don't see all of the groups you are expecting

Reason Action
You have not been assigned as the owner of the group you are expecting to see Contact your Training Team or Management Console Administrator or FMN Support to have the ownership applied
The learners in the group have not been enrolled in any series Contact your Training Team or Management Console Administrator to check on enrolments for your team
The report status filter does not match the enrolment status of the learners in your groups Adjust the status filters to include the ones that will match against learners in your groups (see example as shown below)
The group assignment has only recently been applied. Forget Me Not® Insights can sometimes take up to 4 hours to update the data and as such recently applied group ownerships or recently created enrolments won't appear straight away

Wait a few hours and then come back to the Insights report to check on learner progress.

If they still aren't showing then contact FMN Support to investigate

Example where report status filter does not match the enrolment status

The following example shows a scenario where the Team Manager is the owner of groups A, B & C but will only see Groups A & B in the groups filter because the WITHDRAWN Status has not been selected in the report which corresponds to the status of the users in that group.

  • Group A
    • User A1 - Status: In Progress
    • User A2 - Status: Not Started
  • Group B
    • User A1 - Status: In Progress
    • User A2 - Status: Mastered
  • Group C
    • User A1 - Status: Withdrawn
    • User A2 - Status: Withdrawn

✅ In order for all of the groups to appear in the Insights filter lists, the corresponding status filters need to be applied that match the status of the user enrolments of group members.
